I jumped at the opportunity of becoming a certified personal trainer because our bodies are important. Keeping them healthy is important!
Fitness and athletics have always been a huge part of my life, as I played collegiate volleyball and continue to coach it. Becoming a trainer opened my eyes to how important FEELING strong and in control of our bodies is to our everyday lives, no less to sports we play. I want to help you FEEL strong, physically and mentally.
I want you to conquer the fears that are keeping you in your comfort zone. I can’t wait to help you simplify what it means to be healthy and fit without the fear and extremes.
